I’m a strategic and change-oriented HR executive with over two decades of experience aligning people strategy with business goals to foster culture, enhance engagement, and drive organizational success. A certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) with a Bachelors' degree in Journalism and a passion for storytelling, I bring a unique blend of analytical insight and authentic communication to every facet of my work.

Currently based in Northern Virginia, I’ve spent my career making an impact across the Washington, D.C. metro area in commercial real estate, and government contracting both in publicly traded and non-profit sectors. From leading large-scale HR operations and total rewards strategies to spearheading culture-building initiatives, I specialize in delivering data-driven, human-centered solutions that support employee growth and business transformation.

 

I’m known for my emotional intelligence, transparency, and a coaching mindset that supports leaders and teams through change. My expertise spans strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, total rewards design, HRIS implementation and optimization, and talent management. I thrive on building credible relationships at all levels of an organization, leveraging metrics and business acumen to influence lasting impact.

When I’m not building people strategies or enhancing HR operations, I’m likely spending time with my partner and our goofy, lovable pit bull, Liberty. I bring the same warmth, curiosity, and creative energy to my personal life as I do to the workplace.
